Photo Standards
We know not everyone is a professional photographer, neither are we!
So to make it easier, we want to give you some examples of what photos to emulate.

Requirements:

The photos we require you to take are for three purposes:
1. CHECKING IN TO YOUR EVENT:
-
Photos for check in are a type of proof to show any account who may say that you were not at the activation, that you in fact were.
-
This photo must include you in it.
-
Please have some one else take the photo of you - no selfies.
2. BRAND USE:
-
We send the photos taken to the brand for them to use on their own platforms.
-
Some brands will let you know what type of photos they would like taken, please follow those instructions.
-
If the brand is at the actual activation and have not specifically asked for photos, please reach out to them and ask if they would like any taken and what of.
3. INTERNAL MARKETING:
-
These photos are what we choose from to post on our own social media, add to our website, and use for any other marketing materials.

Remember...

-
Make sure the logo/name of the product is front facing.
-
Ask permission to take photos of people.
-
Don't angle the camera, angle yourself.
-
Sometimes, portrait mode isn't best.
-
A variety of distances is always good.
-
You can tell a person is in the photo without needing to take a picture of their face... sometimes side profiles or their hands holding the product is better.
-
Don't be afraid to move the product around.
-
If you had to post these photos on your personal social media, how would you want it to look?
-
Get creative!
