Brand Ambassador Supplies Needed

Please read through the details of the following supplies you will need to bring to each event. 

Standard Event Supplies

These are the standard supplies expected for Brand Ambassadors to provide and transport for each off-premise event unless specifically instructed otherwise by a Phun For All Consultant.

Event Attire

Unless otherwise stated in event instructions, please come to the event wearing a black blouse/button down and comfortable closed toe shoes.

Please come with professional looking makeup & hair.

Reimbursable Required Supplies

Product Samples are always reimbursed, as long as the instructed flavors are purchased. Please only purchase the variety being sampled, and only purchase the instructed quantity to ensure proper reimbursement.

Printed Sell Sheets, Ice and Clear Plastic Sampling Cups are reimbursed up to a total of $10 per event.

Upload all receipts as expenses to your Promomash report. Please separate expenses when uploading, and upload one receipt for "samples" and one receipt for "cups/ice." The same receipt photo can be used, we separate these expenses for billing purposes.

Smart Phone Requirements

Brand Ambassadors must have a smart phone that they bring to each event in order to:

  • Check in and out on Promomash

  • Take high quality photos that will be sent to the brand

  • Document before and after inventory counts to report sales

  • Communicate with a Phun For All Consultant on any questions or issues they might have

  • Complete their Promomash report immediately following the event
